We do not impose rules or restrictions, but we do expect all members to follow good business practices and never use SEO methods or techniques that could cause problems for a client with any search engine or directory.

Any complaints made about a member will be handled by the membership comittee on a case-by-case basis. Any member may be excluded for any reason at any time with no prior warning or notice. Any complaints made about a member that are made out of spite may result in the status of that member that is targeted being boosted, and not lowered.

All SEOBy members are encouraged to link to the site either with a text link of their choosing (natural links), use the small SEOBy banner,or another banner or graphic of their choice. Any banner should be professional in look and design and remember we can boot you out for any reason at any time, to behave yourself...!
