Here are the problems I have with your email:
 
- It is SPAM. If you don't think so, look up how the word is defined and you should understand.
 
- We are a SEO company. You either know this and think we suck, or you don't know this because you never even bothered to look at our site. Either situation is a problem. For you.
 
- Your site has no PageRank. You even admit this and say it is because it is just some mini-site that you use. So you are protecting your main site from being shut down for spamming by using the mini-site? If you know this is wrong, why do you do this? Will you treat customer's sites in the same manner?
 
- You imply something is wrong with our site. That may or may not be true, but aren't we the best judge of that? We have lots of customers and business, so as far as I am concerned, our site is fine as it is, just a little out of date because we are so busy.
 
- Telling a potential customer that there is something wrong with their web site is about the worst possible way to start a sales call. I know this for sure, because about 6 years ago I did the same exact thing. I looked at sites, wrote up what the problems were and then contacted the site owner. I didn't get any business and it made people mad. Some got very mad. Oooops!
 
- If you have to send out email spam like this, doesn't that say that what you do is not working for you? I mean, if you can't use SEO to get customers for your own business, how can you use SEO to help anyone else...?
